An opportunity has arisen for Family Group Conference (FGC) Coordinators to join the FGC Team. These are unique posts and it is expected that you will need to be a trained Family Group Co-ordinator or experienced facilitator of meetings and have some understanding of the FGC model within child protection and the PLO process. There is no set working pattern for the role and therefore the posts require a great degree of personal flexibility and self management in order to meet the needs of the service users. It will involve working evenings, weekends and at times travel outside of the Stoke area to fit in with families assigned to you.

This post is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitations of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
