Need help urgently

My mam died 7 years ago and my mental health wasn't the best and I started failing geting kids to school etc so social got involved.
My children were on children protection and had no contact from social worker for 3 months
We got took to plo apparently it was good for me so I coukd get solicitor involved and address the failure from local authority.
They took me to court September last year through lies then had my partner arrested took me to court and took 4 of my 5 children into foster care.
Since then one of my daughters got sexually assualted and now is being made out to be the criminal she is 6. My other daughter I havnt seen 5 months. Between local authorties and foster carer I've been blocked. I'm not allowed to complain. They tried to move my girls hundreds miles away. We are still going through court proceedings. Next there September. 26 weeks has gone to one year.
Nobody listens to me or the concerns. They more interested making it look like my family is the fault not them.
My girls can't play mams and dads, cuddle each other show any affection and comfort to each other.
Social worker won't engage they broke multiple court orders, copy and paste in all my children's reports. They been same age for 2 years apparently to them

I am sorry to read that, sadly, your 4 of your 5 children were removed and are now in foster care. As you say court proceedings are continuing, I am unclear if this is for all your children. Here is information from our website about care proceedings

In your explaining the background to your family situation, you say that your children were on child protection. The case was escalated to public law outline (PLO), this is when a parent or other person caring for a child is given the opportunity to address the concerns and work to a plan to prevent children’s services taking the case to court. Children’s services applied to the court for care orders and the court considered that the threshold for making care orders was met. I note that you believe there were errors in the evidence presented by children’s service as in your email you say, “They took me to court September last year through lies”. Your legal representative would have challenged or will challenge the things you disagree with in the evidence given to the court.

You say that your partner was arrested because of children’s services, but this would be a decision for the police whether a person is arrested and any action if any taken by them. There is no information given in your email about the alleged offence.

It is concerning that you say your daughter was sexually assaulted in foster care “and now is being made out to be the criminal she is 6” I do not understand what you mean by this. Was this sexual assault investigated by the police and children’s services? Your daughter should have received or be receiving age appropriate support to address what happened to her.

Children’s services have specific duties when children are in their care under a court order and includes promoting contact between children, their parents, sibling and other significant family members. You can read more about these duties HERE

I am sorry that you feel unheard and not listened to, you may find it helpful to have an advocate to support you. You can ask the social worker about having an advocate. If the professionals in children’s services are refusing to engage with you, then I think you should consider making a formal complaint. This explains how you can make a complaint

They told police he broke exclusion order. Had him arrested took me to court. No social worker that wrote reports came to court and my partner arrested judge put children kn care. It was a Friday judge said partner would be in cells until Monday
He got let out 1 hour after court. No fingerprint , no interview and nfad. He also hadn't been told about children.

Social worker won't enage with me won't refer me a support worker. I've tried complaining I'm not allowed because it's still going through court. I got told my complaint at plo was getting looked at but never heard anything.

The boy had lived at house for a number of years. I feel like the foster carer doesn't like my daughter. I know she wants the boy back and now recommended my girls get seperated. It's heartbreaking to read what they are saying about my girls my whole family. They even had my son arrested trying to deflect the blame. He was NFAd quickly but i dont know what happened to the real predator that alsl had previous concerns from his school While they are taking my children a 2 year old girl was r***d and m****red 2 streets away from me. 3 babied died weeks apart by their parents. But instead they were at my door over school attendance.
