Established in 1974, Family Rights Group is the national charity that works with parents whose children are in need, at risk or are in the care system, and with members of the wider family who are raising children unable to remain at home.

Our goal is to enable children to be raised safely within their family and strengthen the family and community support networks of children in the care system.

Family Rights Group is looking for a highly-skilled and dynamic leader to manage a complex and critical part of the charity’s work, our advice and advocacy service. As Director, you will have strategic responsibility for the management and development of the service as it continues to respond to the multiple challenges of the pandemic, including ways of working post-pandemic, ensuring delivery of specialist legal and child welfare advice to an increasing number of families.

To find out about the role, please click here.

If you would like to discuss the role prior to applying, please contact John Loveday at jloveday@frg.org.uk.

The charity is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of its work, including employment.

To apply, kindly submit an application form and equal opportunities monitoring form to office@frg.org.uk by the deadline.

Closing date for applications: Midnight Sunday 23rd May.
