Family Rights Groupathlon 2023

If you’re up for a sporting challenge, maybe you’re feeling inspired by Team GB’s Olympic and Paralympic success, how about joining the FRGroupathlon?

Over the course of a week, Family Rights Group’ trustees, staff and supporters will together take on the equivalent of an ultratriathlon, raising money to support our work. The thing is, we’re doing it as a team. You can join us by committing to do at least one of the following, between June 25th to July 1st. Please contact Jordan at jhall@frg.org.uk if you would like to take part.

🏊 Swimming 1 kilometre – wild or in the pool

🚴‍♀️ Cycling 50 kilometres – but not on an electric bike!

🏃  Run (or walk) 10 kilometres

🚣‍♀️ Row 5 kilometres – on a rowing machine or in the water

If you would like to support Team FRG with a donation, our fundraising page is here: https://frg.enthuse.com/cf/family-rights-groupathlon-2023
