Family Rights Groupathlon 2023

If you’re up for a sporting challenge, maybe you’re feeling inspired by Team GB’s Olympic and Paralympic success, how about joining the FRGroupathlon?

Over the course of a week, Family Rights Group’ trustees, staff and supporters will together take on the equivalent of an ultratriathlon, raising money to support our work. The thing is, we’re doing it as a team. You can join us by committing to do at least one of the following, between June 25th to July 1st. Please contact Jordan at if you would like to take part.

🏊 Swimming 1 kilometre – wild or in the pool

🚴‍♀️ Cycling 50 kilometres – but not on an electric bike!

🏃  Run (or walk) 10 kilometres

🚣‍♀️ Row 5 kilometres – on a rowing machine or in the water
