New funding opportunities to implement Lifelong Links

Over 1700 children and young people have benefitted from Lifelong Links since Family Rights Group first started working with local authorities to implement the innovative, new approach in 2017. Lifelong Links aims to ensure that a child in care has a positive support network of family and friends to help them during their time in care and into adulthood.

On Thursday 3rd August 2023 Family Rights Group hosted a session for local authority leaders to come along and find out more about Lifelong Links approach and its impact. What support Family Rights Group can provide to enable local authorities to implement Lifelong Links and how to apply to the DfE funding pot for funds to help set up or expand an existing Lifelong Links service.
