hi we have a decisions hearing mid feb ,can s/s apply for emergency removal of children b4 we go to court end of march ,

Hi

I think the SS can apply for an Emergency Protection Order at any time but they have to show there is immediate danger to the child. The police can also use their powers of protection.

It's not as simple as them just saying "we want the kids out" they have to show the reasons why so don't worry too much.

Ohhhh yes did not think they may be with a parent and not you!!! If they are and you think their is a danger that is different.
