Whoops mess up on sgo medical forms.

Hi

I had to fill out the docs for me and my husband for sgo medical I only just found out today that I messed up the alcohol units on one of the questions.

Hubby enjoys two bottles of beer after work and a small glass of wine with dinner, albeit not everyday. He highlighted the doctor said his alcohol consumption is over government recommended I put him down as 30- 35 a week.

Form has been sent- I sent it today. I am worried sick this will have a negative effect on us now court is thus coming Monday and we are fighting the LA against a placement order that has already been made??
