Family Rights Group availability over Christmas and New Year 2024-25

Hello everyone,
I’d like to let you know Family Rights Group's availability over the Christmas period.
The office and advice line will close at 3pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 and will reopen at 9.30am on Thursday, 2 January 2025.
Our online advice enquiry form will close at 3pm on Tuesday 17 December, and will re-open on 2 January. Our final webchat session of the year will be on Wednesday 18 December, 2 - 4pm. The webchat service will re-open on Monday 6 January, 2 – 4pm and will then be open on Mondays and Thursdays, 2 – 4pm.
The advice forums will be moderated on Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December 2024. No posts will be answered during this period.
Please look at the get help and advice section of our website if you need information or advice because a child in your family is involved with, or requires, local authority services due to welfare needs or concerns.
You might also find it helpful to look at the Christmas information page for details of alternative services that may be able to support you over the Christmas period.
