Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

Ok, look. Right now there is no legal documentation or court order restricting you from contacting your wife or children.

I'm going to talk to you now as if I was speaking to you in a pub and please bear in mind that I have gone through exceptional levels of care proceedings but yet am not an ...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

Heartbrokenfather - Contact centres are very difficult to get used to, especially when its supervised contact.

What you have to keep in mind is that ss look at these contacts as a way to assess your parenting skills. When I attended contact with my partner to see her son we used that time to make ...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

Looks like SS are dragging their heels already. Big supprise

You did the right thing changing your solicitor from the one you were appointed. I assume that the new solicitor is handling the criminal side of things, you didn't say you were arrested in you're original post. Can you clarify if ...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

Have care proceedings been started? Do you have a solicitor acting for you?

From now on whenever you attend a meeting with SS record it on your phone or anything else you can. You are fully within your rights to do so. Tell them before the meeting begins that you are going to be recording the ...

Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

Hello, Heartbrokenfather.

I'm sorry your in such a mess.

It seems from what you've told us that procedures have not been followed by the services. Police or SS.

Re: Nightmare Situation

Hi Mumof5,

I fear you sister, while having your best intentions at heart, has put you at risk with SS.

You MUST get your husband out NOW! If he's any integrity left then he should step up his game and find somewhere, ANYWHERE without any further delay.

Tell him to go on spareroom.com and find ...

Re: Help please son threatened with being adopted

I'm so sorry to hear that, XXXXX.

I can't believe they would they would put a 5 year old with complete strangers when he has bonded with his grandparents for his entire life! It's cases like yours, XXXXX, that further convince me there is more going on than meets the eye. The term "Adoption Targets ...

Re: Help please son threatened with being adopted

Hello SicilianRose

My heart twists while reading your posts as it reminds me of my dealings with Social workers, solicitors, barristers and all the other money grabbing ******** of the LA.

THE MOST important thing in these times is not to forget your self worth. For months now, I imagine, all ...
