Kinship carer

Hi. Long time since posted but advice please.
We are permanent carers for our grandson. His mother is only allowed 1hrx every 4 months which I we supervise. I keep her informed however she is demanding attend his hospital appointment. What is likely hood this being allowed. Lots of issues with his behaviour anger etc at her (hes 6). CAAMHS are gling6to see him regards life story etc

To help me answer your question, could you tell me what legal order do you have for your grandson?
Is he with you under a care order, special guardianship order, child arrangements order or adoption order?
