help and advice about court hearing please

my sons dad is taking me to court and i have to attend monday can anyone tell me if there is any help financially you can get as i have to travel 3 hours and 45 minutes to the court and its costing me 60 pound eveytine and childcare. this is the second hearing and im a single mum with 2 children does anyone know if i can get any help. @)
