I have a conviction for IoC that is a 3 years community order which will be spent only in August 2020. I am also in SOR until July 2022. With Brexit coming I have to apply for settle status and I would like to know what should I expect.
I am resident in UK since 2011.
Does anybody know what chances do I have to get a permanent or temporary settle status?
