Is there any support for people left in a pool of perpetrators which they know they don't belong?

I'm not coping very well at all. I can't believe that the judge can't find that it's more probable than not that the man who suffocated our baby is also the person who fractured our ribs. I can't believe I've been left in a pool with this monster. I really need support right now and I feel shackled by guilt of simply being in a pool that I know I do not belong in.

2 positive parenting assessments - the people who have my living children know that I didn't hurt my late son and are allowing me to see my other children unsupervised and for overnight stays in the near future. I was a good kid, never got in trouble at school, A* student. Never got in trouble with the law. I feel like I don't belong here. I don't belong in this pool but I've been left in it with a man who is responsible for our sons death. Every time I think about it I cry. I've lost all my faith in the justice system that I thought was meant to be there to support and protect?

My enhanced DBS is completely clear; I can work with children but I can't have my babies home?? What happens if I have a child again in the future? I can't believe the judge didn't see the link between a man leaving a baby to suffocate and obvioulsy being the one who fractured his ribs.

Hi I too have been left in the pool of perpetrators with my ex partner who caused 7 fractured in my daughters body when she was 3 months old she is no 6 years old and continues to reside with my mother but I have over night stays and have an amazing bond with my daughter. My mother has even said she is willing to tell the courts that my daughter should be with me so fingers crossed soon she will be. If you are to have another child you will have a pre birth assessment done just make sure you work with the social workers and things will work out in the end.
