Unread post by Eku » Mon Jan 14, 2013 5:35 am

Please help me
in 2008 i was falsely accused of rape and sexual assault by a lady manager i used to work with and the police investigated and it was all lies, so case was dismissed, i went on to get overnite contact with 2 daughters from my previous relationship at my local court, my ex partner is now got a new boyf who is staying with them so i wen t to the police for them to help with Sarah's Law, they could not find anything as i do not know his dob nor surname, in Oct i had a call from CS/SS saying they want to speak to me Re the false allegation of 2008. now i am not allowed unsupervised contact with two daughters bearing in mind that i have been seeing my little gals since 2008, also i will need to write a psychometric test as i am unassessed risk, is this right?? i am now married and have a little boy who stays with us. Please help i have no convictions or police cautions.

Hi Eku

Welcome to the parent's board.

Sorry you seem to be having a difficult time in relation to Children's Services, and their wish to assess you.

What is the current context for the Local Authority involvement?

You say you have been described as an unassessed risk, although you have older girls from a previous relationship, that came to the attention of social workers.

Is this because you are in a new relationship with a male child involved of a different age or that your circumstances have recently changed, therefore they need to ensure any risk assessment reflects these changes?

It would be easier to advise you if you were able to answer these questions, so I can respond to your post.

Best Wishes

Suzie
