Dear myworld,
Yes, people can continue existing arrangements for contact between parents and children where they live apart under Tier 3 and under the lockdown rules for England that are in place well.
Best wishes,
Suzie

The covid19 gov.uk there's a list of exclusions including children in care who don't live with parents or siblings that contact should still be going ahead, unless self isolation or someone is shielding, however this seems this be more effective for anyone with unsupervised visits that include the local authorities as understandably theres a shortage of voluntary drivers, and contact centres seem to be closed or with minimum staff due to the pandemic, I hope this helps good luck all
