Hi Kitty33,

I do not think the SOPO can be removed early. For information about convictions being lifted you could also speak to
Unlock.

Even when he has completed the order, he will still need to be risk assessed to see whether he is safe around children.
If you are worried that your friend could be a risk to your children, speak to your local children services or the NSPCC.
For advice about sex offences and support for families, you could contact Parents Protect on 0808 1000 900 or look at their website.

I hope my advice helps but if you need further advice, please post again or call our advice line on 0808 801 0366.

Kind regards,

Suzie
