PLO still open 13 months later

Hi I’ve been advised to take children’s services to court due to them keeping plo open for over a year and other things they have done. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? Thank you.

If there is an active PLO they you are entitled to free legal aid and a solicitor should be the best person to advise.
