hi everyone after seeing my sister fight social services and a close personal friend i decided to do some reserch i was shocked at the stories i read and heard.

clearly there are always 2 sides to a story but i would like to look into this further.

so what i have done is creat an email address and what i am asking is for people to come forward to tell there story the good experiances and bad give as much detail as possible.

i dont yet know what i will be able to do with this information, and if anyone has some ideas please email them too

lol i hope some people will tell there story even in breif as long as the main facts are there and names i am happy i just feel the system we have is very out dated esp in attitude and if we come together we may be able to force a change

Writing a book could take year's, your best way to help and support your sister.
Start by Complaining to the Social Services, A Stage 3 Complaint, also go to your MP, and ask that they raise questions in Parliment about " what is the Goverment doing about helping Parents who's children are not at risk.look on the internet and find out who elce you can complain to.
Get your Sister to contact the ICO and put in a subject access request for all of her paperwork held by Social Services,to see what they have put in the childrens file, get a solicitor before April because Legal AID is changing im not sure what the changes are .
Most people wouldn't want to put their story on here because, most people would be dreadfully effected by Social Services uncaring attitude to parent's, and just surviving another day is hard enough without your children,everyone who is wrongly accused by social services has a book in them,but your best way forward is to start complaining as complaint get looked into logged and draw attention to the department you are complaining about.
Keep everything on computer and use email to comunicate with social services, phone calls cant get logged, but email can be used as a legal document,when ever dealing with social services, stay calm DO NOT RISE TO THE BULLYING.

but i am not writing a book, and my sisters case is sorted thankyou.
what i am trying to do bring a change to the way social services opperate weed out the bad social workers that are not doing there job and make the system do what its ment to do protect those children that are in danger of abuse or are being abused and also the system in the courts.

You see if a person commits a crime and pleads not guilty you go infront of a jury of your peers however if your a parent trying to prove your a good parent you not even allowed inside the courtroom theres no jury of your peers there is no oppertunity for the parent to plead there own case its all done behind closed doors by strangers.its wrong and having seen with my own eyes is what is driving me forward.

i dont want people to tell there story on here i want them to email me in a private way i want people to add there voice to mine lobbying for change is pointless if i am just one voice

I just tried to sign your email, because god loves a tryer but you have outlook and I don't know how to sign it,so I cant send it to you.
I have relised on this site you can have load's of people looking at posts but no DISCUSSION,
or replys.

I ain't got anything better to do so I'm just replying to them all really, better than bashing my self over the head with a brick day in day out, LOL LOL.

Some of the posts have been dormant since 2009 just sleeping, so I decided to wake the site up abit.
I don't know if anyone from the goverment reads any post's,but it's worth a try maybe someone might read the dreadfull stuff social services do, the closed court thing is another way of shutting parents out, I agree it should not be allowed but with all of our right's being taken their is not much we can do only complaine about it.

I know 3 social workers in my community 1 is totally straight the other 2 are know for drinking in the local and sleeping about they both smoke pot, one of them loves married men the other just uses women on date lines.
I don't live like them 2, one got the sack and the other 2 still work in my area
they all have kid's, funny how their Idear of behaving is totally different to mine, they are the social workers, and i'm being punished.

I had a meeting with 2 social workers and the solictor, they all looked dreadfull even their solictor , I swear the social worker had not put a brush though her hair that morning,all her trousers were fraid and dirty, she looked like she had been bang on it, myself and my solicitor were well presented and fresh looking, and my solictor said she could not belive how scruffy they all looked, they looked as though they had just finished filming shamless, scruffy sod's.
when you have people like that looking down on you its very hard to take them seriously,so I don't .
They dread seeing me because I don't let them get away with nothing anymore, now I have relised these people who treat people the way they do, their not my people and i'm not letting them get away with it, so I speak out and speak up.
