Can't get though to speak to somebody
I'm called ongoing the number for days now ... can get through no matter what time and what day I'm ringing

Thank you for your post. My name is Suzie and I am FRG’s online adviser. I am very sorry to hear that you have been unable to get through to the freephone advice line to speak with an adviser. I can understand how frustrating it is not to be able to speak to someone when you are seeking advice. Unfortunately, it is a very busy national service. It is worth trying again, though, if you can.
However, I am very glad that you also posted a specific query on this board on the 8th which I provided a full response to yesterday. I hope that my response helped but please do get back in touch if you have any further queries.
