13weeks no contact help

Its been 13weeks of no contact with any social worker disbite email and phone messages that have been falling on death ears
Today received a phone call
With a new social worker this be the 5 one I was asked that they want to go over the care plan now seeing as 13 plus weeks have past no contact with them
Disbite having to call 999 because of the situation
Because I answered I dont know to regards to a visit until spoken to some one was replied so your refusal to let us see your children
Could be taken into account
Now seeing as in 11 month period had no paper work on child protection plan ect
Have already had to formally complain that still getting delt with waiting for legal aid now but we feel very pressured from the social services what to do

From what I understand, your children are on a child protection plan, and children's services have implied that you have not allowed the children to be seen. You have made a formal complaint.
