Care needs

Hi there my son is in care proceedings we was doing a pams assessment and the social worker was ment to do observation sessions she turned up to one session still as 3 outstanding whic will not get done as she as decided to fhines the assessment and she is saying we carnt meet my sons Nedd Evan tho we have the contact notes that say we can all so we had to find out the outcome at the review meeting from the reviewing officer

Dear Kitty33,

Thankyou for your further post. I am sorry to hear that the PAMS assessor has concluded that they don't feel you can meet your son's needs. You say that they only turned up to one contact session and three are still outstanding. I would suggest that you raise this with your solicitor as they will be able to advise you whether this is something they think should be challenged in the next court hearing.
