Working while my children don't live with me

Hi my children went to live with my mum in August and I am getting them back in March I recently started a job in November in a care home do I have to inform my manager about this ( they was taken cz I let them see there dad when I shouldn't have and I regret doing it now)

The children were removed from your care because they had contact with their father when it was not safe for them to do so.
