I’ve 5 childrens in ltfc youngest are 3 years old twins. I want to know what the likelihood of me discharging the order in 9 months?
As the judge say in his judgement them. I observe in particular that the final statement of mr, the children's social worker, is not just, if I may say so without wishing to sound condescending, very well written, but also balanced and specifically refers to Mr sw view that the reunification with the parents may well be a consideration, a viable consideration, for the future. I am sure that is correct, but I'm equally sure that a great deal depends on the parents, particularly the mother's actions, in the meantime. She's already made some progress addressed alcohol abuse issues as well as other matters and I wish her good fortune in those pursuits
The previous sw told me to discharge the order went the time come cos apparently I’ve all the professional on my side regarding this. As I made the hardest decision not to oppose the order as I recognised my mental health need sorting

Dear Manchester2023!
Thank you for your post and welcome to our board.
I cannot definitively say what your chances are of discharging a care order in nine months.
Therefore, please have a read of our webpages about care orders, here and more specifically discharging an order.
I hope you find the information helpful.
Best wishes
