Hi my daughter was taken in to care 18 years ago and returned back to me after I admitted droppin her (which I didnt) I was cautioned with neglect but bever charged I went on to have more children with bo social services involvement .wat I want to know now is will I ever be able to get a job working with children or will this always make me fail a crb check. Thanks. Really need to get myself a life now

In relation to your situation, about whether you would have problems seeking employment with children, can I suggest that you seek further advice from the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously the Criminal Records Bureau) who should be able to answer your query in more detail.

Thanks will contact them but website says will need advanced check which will shiw everything so another doir shut in my face this nightmare never ends. I just give in. Thanks for yoyr help
