Hello,
It has been a while since i last posted on here but i am still having lots of difficulty with my ex and our child. I am seeing my daughter in a contact center, although my ex does not turn up very often. I have not known where he has been living with my daughter since November last year, i know now that he is in Crawley but i do not know where. I was speaking with some one at the contact center this morning who mentioned that you can get a court form c1, to order my ex to divulge his where abouts. Has anyone else heard of this? Please respond. Thanks xx

Dear Zubie123.
Welcome back to the parents forum,
Sorry to hear about the ongoing difficulties in respect of contact with your daughter. It sounds very stressful for you that contact does not always take place and that you do not know where your daughter lives. I agree with the contact supervisor-that you should consider what options you have to find out where your daughter is living.
However, without further information about the legal situation, I am not in a position to advise you of the way forward. Are children services (social services) involved? Is there any court order made in respect of your daughter?
Also it does sound like a “private law matter”-ie that children services are not involved. Family Rights Group do not have the funding to advise about private law applications but you could contact children’s legal centre for free legal advice about your situation.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Suzie
