17 year old was arrested and bailed. I attended as the "appropriate adult".
If they won't stick to the bail conditions, am I going to be in trouble ?

I see from your post that you acted as an appropriate adult for a 17-year-old, when he was questioned by the police. That person is now on bail and you are concerned about how it would affect you if the bail conditions are not followed. The bail conditions are, I think, for the person to follow and not you. I suggest you speak with the police about your concerns.
