My parter is on the sex register but coming of it soon he have a child together will he see be able to see his child after he’s of it or will need to go to court to fight to see her will social work be involved if I was to let him see his daughter?

Yh ss was involved because of him but he isn’t allowed to see her through ss but there gone now n yes supervised by me

So you are saying to supervise contact at the moment did socail not do any risk assment on him to see what risk he is to his daughter x

Yh they done a risk on him n eneded it cause It cause no risks cause don’t know am seeing him but if they find out n he is of his order soon what would happen ? It was taken photos of minors through phone we have had a good chat about it n it was a mistake on his behalf that he regrets n would never do again n knows it was wrong

The only way they will know if you tell them or if any one else inform them but if you was o have another child with him
You will be referred to socail again .
