Husband on bail conditions due to domestic abuse

Hi,

I just need advice if a husband done sex few times while I was pregnant and had lower placenta then he said sorry because he didn’t understand I didn’t like it and there was no issue after that and we didn’t have any sex. If i just informed that to police will sw view that as a high risk? Also another time he came to house tired and was knocking on door to come inside so I called on police. Will my child be registered on child protection? So far sw has been checking in with me twice and she knows I want to reconcile ? She said she will speak to husband.
