Maritial rape during pregnancy

I’ve disclosed marital rape during pregnancy from 7 months pregnant that time I had lower placenta to gp and police then didn’t give statement to police for it to be pre charged therefore social worker is involved. They checked in with me two times and asked me what happened I told them and said he said sorry after my baby was born and after that we had mutual agreement. They also checked in with my husband and his on bail for coming in my house without permission and started knocking heard and neighbours heard. Just wondering what could happen? so far sw checked in and idk their plan it’s been nearly 8 weeks. The first sw when I asked are u gonna visit again she said she might visit my husband then do wrap up visit then 1 month went another interim sw came asked me what happened and she said she will speak to my health care then decide whether to come or not and when she came she came 3 days before his court date. Btw that court date changed to after 4 weeks. Idk why & what will happen. Also my healthcare visited and she asked me did the sw speak to u about what plan? Eg child in need or protection plan I said idk she said okay I’ll speak to them. Then I had email from sw asking for his contact number I gave. Don’t know what’s next are they waiting on bail to make plan or is this matter less serious to them. Also if his bail conditions gets removed can he come to my house? Atm he can see my baby with third party. Just think do I need to notify sw when bail gets lifted ?
