can they do this

Are social services in there right to tell a mother if she keeps with her partner or decided to have him home at any point. When he has lived with the family for over 10 years they will take legal action to take the children away but tell the partner the mother dose not want him? If it has been said at a child protection conference would that be in the minutes and would all parties get a copy of the minutes? The children have been placed on a child protection register. The father was removed by social on suspicion of child cruelty

as far as I know yes. This is what my sw has told me. she says the out come of the parental assessment (we weren't assessed) will state 3 options
1) girls say with me and dad with support.
2) girls get taken into care under an order.
3) that I should leave my partner and son , leave my job, family, friends and move to the other side of the country!

They can get a care order . there a law to themselves bloody secret police.
