NVQ 3 in child care

Hello ,im just wondering if anyone knows of a good online service were i could do my nvq level 3 i am a foster carer just wanting to advance my knowledge in child care.
Im probebly in the wrong place ,but im also interested in whats being said from birth parents & if i can help ,i will
