supervision order!!!
Has ne1 ever heard of ss gettin a supervision care order after havein an interim care order??? I am tryin 2 get my 3 kids bk atm,,the courts r in my favor and the guardian ed liten is backing me 100%, every1 thinks that ss wont get a full care order as am workin well and continuing 2 improve,,so I want my solicitor 2 suggest a supervision order, I know that ss know that they mite nat get a full care order which is y iv suggested a supervision 1 cz a supervision order is better than no order! I have my important LAC meetin on the 12th November where perminant decisions will b made, an am hopin that theyl agree on the supervision order, does ne1 no if this order is the 1 that ss will go 4 since they no theyl more n likely nat get the full care order???

Re: supervision order!!!
Dear Cieve cieve,
I am glad to hear that the guardian seems to be in favour of your children returning home to you. As you say, children services will also be proposing a suitable care plan. Ultimately, it is the courts job to decide which is the most appropriate order.
If the court decides that a supervision order is the most appropriate order, this will last for up to 1 year (although children services could apply back to the court and ask the court to consider whether to extend the order for a further 2 years). You will have parental responsibility to make all the decisions about your children. Children services will not have parental responsibility but will be expected to supervise you.
Best wishes,
Suzie
