I'm getting my kids home.....or am i ?

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has been told they can have their kids back in a PLO meeting then sc to go back on their word? Im talking under section20 never been to court.

Dear whatnow, Consult the FRG helpline . If you inform the social workers you are rescinding the S20 and bringing the children home;they have no authority whatsoever to stop you.This happened quite recently ;despite plans to return the children,the CS ignored it.The mother instructed a solicitor who applied to the High Court for an injunction against the Local Authority which the Judge granted,agreeing they were exceeding their powers and impinging on the family rights of the family. He castigated the sw@s publicly ,ordering his judgment to be made public.

The problem is that im on bail. Sc said on thursday they will do a rehab home i should have all kids back home within 6 weeks. But now today they saying if i get charged they might have to reconsider. They knew all this before they told me i could have them back as i did parenting assessment and cooperated even though i was screaming and shouting and complaining from day 1. My bail date is 29th.....im really scared now that they change their mind.
