Re: URGENT ANSWER NEEDED
I can see why you are anxious. That has happened to us though neither of us are on bail. It is apparent that the supervisor wasn't aware of your need to be supervised and therefore as I see it it's not your fault you were left. Though the fact that she was there would've meant something surely. Did you have a quiet word with her at any point to remind her? For us it depended on who we had as a supervisor and whether they stuck to us like glue or left us in the room alone or to take our kids to the loo alone.
How old are your children? Would they be able to vouch for Daddy that the supervisor left them alone with you? It seems obvious that the fault lies with whoever supervised you and not you yourself.
Who told the social worker that you were left alone? Someone is covering their own backside it appears to me. Speak out and tell someone, anyone, the social worker even. Do you know the supervisor's name? They take notes and the fact you took your child to the loo may've been mentioned in them.
Don't panic but try and find out who it was.
