Basically the 21 yr old son of my daughters foster carer had sex with with my daughter. I revoked the section 20. Wtf

Dear frustrated mum,

I don't remember the details of your case exactly, but if you were pressured by threats to sign the S20 in the first place, the CS were less than professional and exceeded their authority.There MAY have been corrupt intention; it cannot be said the department did not abuse it's position, fail in it's legal duty to your child and in doing so place your daughter in danger. No wonder she didn't want to come home . She must have been so confused.
You should raise these sensitive points with the Police who should interrogate every sw involved.As Suzie says,see a solicitor.
