Hi,
I have another thread on here with info about my current battles with the soc services & my ex combining efforts ( http://www.frg.org.uk/ParentsForum/view ... f=13&t=673 ) & presently, against the Judge's orders, social services have made myself & my mother sign an agreement (either that or lose my children to their father NOW) for her to supervise me.
She has two elderly dogs & lives in an upstairs flat. The dogs are going without & left alone now. Her downstairs neighbour has made a complaint to my mum about howling heard at night.
My lawyer said that social services should be footing the bill for a kennels or someone to feed the dogs...is this correct?
If so, does anyone here have a link of proof of something stating this for me to show the social workers?

Dear bearcubs2
As you have posted a similar message elsewhere, I will just provide you with a brief response.
Children's Services are under no obligation to fund the feeding of your mother's dogs, but may have discretionary powers to do so under exceptional circumstances.
I would however, request a copy of the policy or legislation your solicitor is referring to in the advice already given to you.
Best Wishes
Suzie
