Suicidal

Unread post by konjit1976 » Thu Mar 01, 2012 12:38 pm

Can anyone help me... i have gone through some massive dramas over the last few months. I have always had a history of self harm and depression but things are really getting on top of me at the moment. I struggle to stop myself topping myself daily and i dont want to leave my kids as thats wot i am fighting for but i am not strong enough anymore. CS have made sure that i am completely isolated, i have no support anymore and nowhere to turn. I dont feel like i can go to the doctor and tell them how i am feeling because this will in turn get reported back to CS and they will prob try and use this against me.
If anyone out there can help me find somewhere i can get some support please i am desperate!!
thanks

Hello. My name is Suzie, I am an advisor here at Family Rights Group. Thanks for coming on to our board and posting here. It’s really important to seek help when you are feeling the way you do – please, please contact someone you can talk to – how about the Samaritans? You can call them any time on 08457 909090. Or please do talk to your GP. I understand that you are worried it won’t be confidential, but I really do think getting yourself some help is the most important thing right now.
If you tell me more specifically what your concerns are about the children and social workers, I can try to give you more specific advice. But please, for now, find yourself someone you can talk to.
All the best,
Suzie
