Child psychologist's report
I have received the child psychologist's report,it is positive and says that the children should be returned to me with a support package. How much weight does his report hold? All the other reports and statements are positive as well. My youngest daughter has behaviour issues and the psychologist thinks she may have Adhd, oppositional defiance disorder and attachment disorder which I was told by the social worker weren't true as the person who told me wasn't qualified to diagnose them even though he worked in education with children with behavioural problems for over 30 years and the ed psychologist was saying the same.

That is great news Minnie. Obviously your solicitor is the best person to discuss the implications of the report with but it is likely to hold significant weight in the case.

Hi
The solicitor has confirmed they are unlikely to be adopted or long term foster care and that the social worker is going to give serious consideration to the decisions and recommendations he going to have to make if he is going to go against the recommendations.
