Re: If Social Services are not concerned about the welfare of children would they recommend a refuge?
You are spot on as she did try that and has tried every trick in the book as a trigger to try and get a rise out of me and to simply undermine the progress I have made to stay calm. If the courts weren’t a costly way to sort things out, I would have loved to see the courts view on her behaviour ...

Re: Can my wife deny me access to our children if a child in need plan is being recommended
My wife is now suggesting that if she hadn’t left the relationship, Social services would have issued a Child Protection Plan. I take this point very seriously as in the assessment that was officially issued to us both, there is no hint or mention of Child Protection anywhere within the 30 page ...

Re: Can my wife deny me access to our children if a child in need plan is being recommended
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I’m on both my children’s birth certificate.
I hear what you are saying about the rest which is welcome, but it also feels like a punishment as I have been left to think things over on my own in the house. This has resulted in poor sleep and no desire to eat as I’m too ...

Social services have recently been involved due to shouting in the house which is contributed to by my lack of patience due to stress at work and the stress of parenting a child with Autism. Despite not shouting for 2 months and undertaking help from the NHS, my wife is pursuing separation ...

If Social Services are not concerned about the welfare of children would they recommend a refuge?
Hi, my wife has decided to take my children to a foster home because she is afraid that my temper issues which have subsided with recent therapy, will resurface. She is voicing her views through the children stating they feel the same way and hence why social services are recommending a child in ...
