Update on sw not working with me

I have just spoke to my solicitor if they (ss)are not in touch with me by next Tuesday she will be filing for court. Looking forward to the future staying positive

Thank you for your further updating posts. I can see that you had a productive appointment with your solicitor who is planning to make a court application if you have not had a response soon. Are they applying in relation to your contact arrangements or to end the care order?

Sorry only just seen the reply I think its only contact arrangements but when I talk to her Tuesday I'm going to mention by the time I go to court will be a couple of months and will work out about a year I've stopped smoking cannibis so I'd like to think they would drop the care order. Also do u know how much time the judge will give me as there is no worries at all to be honest with him being with me. I know every case is different but I just want an idea of how it goes and what sort of contact might be offered and how frequent tia

Thank you for your further post and my apologies in the delay in replying to you. It is best to speak with your solicitor about these questions as they have all the details of your case and will be best placed to advised. Hopefully you have already spoken with them about these questions.

I would encourage you to ensure that you attend every contact session that is offered so that you can strengthen your relationship with your child. This is the first step in moving towards a care order being discharged and your child returning to your care. Children’s services do have a duty to work in partnership with you in order to work towards reunification wherever possible so if you feel that they are not supporting you with this then you may wish to discuss further with your solicitor.
