Form C2
Hi i was advised in court if i still wanted to be considered in the permanency planning of the child after a full negative sgo assessment i need to do a C2 form which iv done but now ss are asking for me to send a copy if it before iv had any response from the courts that i filed the form to. Do i need to send it now or wait until the courts have given instructions. We have no legal team to advise us as unable to afford and not eligible for legal aid
Re: Form C2
I suggest ringing the court office or go in, and ask their advice as this is procedural. I have always found them very helpful although they cannot advise on legal matters.

Dear Channel2025
Suzie (FRG Adviser) here, thank you for your update/question.
You have said that you have already submitted your application to the court. Perhaps it might be wise to ask the local authority ‘why’ they would like to see your application or would have liked to have seen it? At some point it should/may be included in a court bundle.
Please refer to our response to your post of August 29th, it has some references to organisations that ‘may’ help you as a litigant in person.
Best wishes
Suzie
Do you have 3 minutes to complete our evaluation form ? We would value your feedback on the kinship carers’ forum.
