The above was posted on this topic and its still happening today to me.

Can anyone tell me what motivates such appalling cruelty to a single mother to 2 little kids <3yrs. What is behind this forced adoption process. Money has been mentioned and its suggested that Council have a cash bonus scheme
for annual awards?

Is there a system of selling off young kids for adoption? Like the appalling Catholic Nuns in Ireland?

How is it that these SW can deliberately falsify accusations, lie to the Judge, set up mothers to fail using very dirty tricks and so on? In a Criminal Court such behavious would be termed in contempt yet SWs can continue to fail in their own conduct and NEVER GET DISCIPLINED. If I slip up on any of the numerous restraints during my daily duties I get severely reprimanded and threatened. How can this system be allowed to be so unfair.

I am sorry to hear about your difficult experiences with children’s services. I am glad to hear that you have support from your mother.

You mention that your mother has applied to be assessed as a possible long-term carer for your children, but this has not been successful. I am not sure if your mother wishes to appeal that decision or whether she is in the time frames to do so but I want to draw your attention to Family Rights Group template letter that she could use to appeal the decision. You mention that you are going to court soon. It sounds like your children are in care proceedings. You can read more about care proceedings here. As you are aware it is the court that makes the final decisions not the local authority so it is important to meet regularly with your solicitor and discuss whether there are any further assessments that could take place to assist the court in deciding on the best outcome for the children. The children’s guardian is an independent social worker appointed by the court to make recommendations in the children’s best interests and you should make sure you have a chance to speak with them.

These views can be based on personal experiences or based on the experiences of others via news media or personal contact.
