Kate Tilley is the Director of Partnerships and Engagement at Pause, a national charity working to improve the lives of women who have had – or are at risk of having – more than one child taken into care. At Pause, Kate leads work to influence policy and practice, and to scale and spread Pause’s programmes nationally.

Prior to joining Pause, Kate worked at the NSPCC, where she focused on testing and scaling evidence‑based programmes to support children and their families.
