About this service
We offer general phone advice and guidance for birth parents. We also run a letterbox support service so if birth parents need advice around contact and letterbox they can contact us. We also runs workshops to support parents with writing letters. We also separately commission PAC-UK to offer therapeutic counselling for birth family, including siblings.
This service is available for birth families in
Greenwich, Wandsworth, Sutton, Southwark, Richmond upon Thames, Merton, Lewisham, Lambeth, Kingston upon Thames, Croydon

- Support for birth family members to access adoption records and information held by children’s services or another adoption agency
- Information and support about reconnecting with an adult relative who was adopted as a child (some services included in this map may charge a fee for this)
