Our vision is a society in which children can thrive in their families and have loving relationships to turn to throughout life. Our mission is to make that a reality. Our bold new strategy sets out how we are seeking to build an effective child welfare system that puts children and families first.
Founded 50 years ago, our work combines commitment to human rights and social justice with expertise in child welfare law, policy and practice.
Our award-winning work is unique in bringing together legal and social work expertise with the direct voice and insights of young people and families.
We have grown significantly over the past three years, thanks to the ongoing success of our programmes and services, coupled with increased nationwide recognition of our work. We are now looking to grow our fundraising function accordingly and increase our income-generation to match our ambitions.
This role will deliver a step-change in the rate at which we increase and expand our funding pipeline, with a focus on the key areas of trusts and foundations, individual giving, and corporate partnerships.
This is a full-time role (with flexible options welcome), with a start date as soon as possible. Below is a full job description and person specification for the role. Please read it carefully before applying.
