Our online advice forums are an anonymous space where parents and kinship carers (also known as family and friends carers) can get legal and practical advice, build a support network and learn from other people’s experiences.
Our get help and advice section has template letters, advice sheets and resources about legal and social care processes. On Monday and Thursday afternoons, you can use our webchat service to chat online to an adviser.
Pause provides 18 months of intensive practical, emotional, and behavioural support to women whose children are not in their care. We work with women on their goals at their own pace. In order to participate, women need to take a pause in pregnancies for the 18 months they are with Pause.
Support from Pause is available to women from every community and cultural background. Pause welcomes and works alongside women whose first language is not English, as well as those from different faiths, ethnicities and life experiences. Pause support is inclusive, respectful and accessible to all.
